It is just barely medium bodied, fresh and clean, with ripe strawberry-guava fruit, citrus, light herbaceous notes and a minerally finish. This is delightfully different! It is slightly sweet, but also has a sherry-esque note of pleasant oxidation and a long finish that renders it complex and wonderfully fun to explore sip after sip.
