This smells lovely with its citrus, pineapple, starfruit, fresh herb, and lemon candy notes. It is medium weight with crisp, tart, yet lightly tropical flavors such as pineapple, orange, and coconut, along with lemon, and hints of savory marjoram.

Aromas are tropical with citrus zest and touches of melon and stone fruit.  The palate is round and lower acid with peach and nectarine flavors. Touches of honeysuckle, pear and fennel linger on the finish.

This wine is medium plus in weight and concentration, generous and complex. It drinks like a Rhône wine from a cru (a recognized, prestigious appellation). One could call it a “baby Châteauneuf-du-Pape.” There are black currants, black cherries and wild dark fruits mixed with garrigue (dried Mediterranean herbs), violets and warm earth notes. This vintage further develops with molasses, dark cocoa powder and rosemary. Despite its savory, deep, brooding, intense and rustic character, the wine is rich and ripe with rounded tannins.

This is such an appealing wine with aromas darker fruit than the last vintage with black fruits (currants, boysenberry, and blueberry) with a touch of florality spring from the nose of unique Mediterranean grape. The wine is medium weight with red and purple fruits, plums, blueberries and rose petals. It is fresh, unique, appealing, fragrant, food-friendly, soft and accessible. The tannins are light to medium weight with crisp acidity.

This wine has medium aromatics of cola spice and black cherry. Dark fruit but still fresh and juicy this assumed malbec dominated wine is balanced and smooth. With layers of cassis, blueberries, and black cherries, this wine lends to a New World style of fruit with more of an Old World structure with a hint of wood smoke. This wine fully embraces an integral part of classic Cabernet Sauvignon by highlighting a complex blend of dried herbs: anise, thyme and bay leaf.

The nose is fruit forward with ripe black cherry, strawberry coulis and spiced raspberry notes. On the palate, this wine is extremely supple and seamless, yet has structuring acidity. This is clean, not heavy but richly flavored and lightly effervescent. A portion of this cider has crab apples in it, so the little sweetness is nicely balanced.

This bourbon is a beautiful, rose-brown color. Aromatics are of malt, citrus and light baking spice. On the palate, there are notes of apricot, apples, vanilla,cinnamon, maple, melted butter, golden brown toast and a sweet maltiness, as well as notes of flan and creme brulee topping. Very smooth with integrated alcohol.
