This wine shines consistently year after year. You'll find the aromatics of both grapes in this wine--melon and citrus from the Sauvignon Blanc, apricot and flowers from the Viognier. The palate is medium weight to more, with notes of orange, peach, apricot, jasmine and lemon, all integrated into a juicy, fleshy, rounded mouthfeel. It stays crisp and energetic, driving you back for more.

Aromas of apricot and marzipan are joined by a kiss of floral character on the nose. The palate is nicely concentrated with stone fruits, especially pear, and touches of dried herbs. It’s medium-bodied with a pleasant creaminess, soft finish and lingering salinity.

Old world aromas of barn, worn leather, freshly cut hay with dark forest fruits, like plum, black cherry and blackberry. The palate offers flavors of spiced dark fruit, cedar, and cocoa, around fine tannins, medium plus acidity and a rounded finish.

Notes of stewed and dried raspberry, plum, Provençal herbs, tomato leaf and balsamic can be found on the nose. The palate offers fresh red fruit and raspberry jam with supple tannins, good lift and wonderful integration. This is an immensely pleasurable and quaffable wine.

Aromas include black cherries and a touch of smoke. The palate is medium-plus in body with well-integrated plum and blackberry flavors as well as echoes of the aromas. Refreshing acidity keeps it balanced with touches of dark chocolate on the finish.

Medium plus in body with noticeably dry tannins and savory Mediterranean richness. Floral tones recall more northerly wines. It’s chewy, vigorous, and refreshing, with notes of black olive, wild herbs, and brambly fruit, supported by earthier forest floor, baking spice and mineral notes.

This dry rosé is perfectly balanced, soft, and thirst quenching. Fresh red berries, especially strawberry, a touch of floral character and peach are well-balanced by fresh acid and minerality on the palate. The wine is dry with strawberries lingering on the finish.
