This wine shines consistently year after year. You'll find the aromatics of both grapes in this wine--melon and citrus from the Sauvignon Blanc, apricot and flowers from the Viognier. The palate is medium weight to more, with notes of orange, peach, apricot, jasmine and lemon, all integrated into a juicy, fleshy, rounded mouthfeel. It stays crisp and energetic, driving you back for more.

This wine is aromatic and crisp. There is white nectarine, lemon and lime with wet stone, orange blossom and green apple. The palate delivers this as well as pink grapefruit, tropical fruit like kiwi and pineapple, honeysuckle and peach. This is medium acidity and moderate alcohol and delicious!

Aromas of apricot and marzipan are joined by a kiss of floral character on the nose. The palate is nicely concentrated with stone fruits, especially pear, and touches of dried herbs. It’s medium-bodied with a pleasant creaminess, soft finish and lingering salinity.

Green fruits including lime and Granny Smith apple aromas on the nose; the palate has nice weight and ripeness while remaining crisp and clean. Flavors include pear and melon notes with a succulent, creamy finish.

This medium bodied Chardonnay from the south of France offers aromas of baked apples, yellow pear and wild herbs. It has similar orchard fruit flavors on the palate along with hints of coconut, a rounded texture and succulent acidity.

Fresh and clean, with aromas of chalky soil and Gala apples. The palate is lightly rounded, balanced by bright, refreshing acidity with subtle flavors of starfruit and Asian pear.

This wine has exceptional balance to it! It is dark fruited with black currant and blackberry mingling perfectly with a stony earthiness. There are some dried rose petals and enticing wild side. The palate delivers a great balance; supple texture and harmony between the just ripe fruit and the earthy minerality. The finish is long with some tobacco, black pepper and ripe black cherry. 

The nose offers black cherry and blueberry fruit, black olive, spice and touches of iron/earth. Dark fruit continues on the palate with present, but well-integrated tannins, touches of bittersweet chocolate and a juicy black cherry linger on the finish.

Chateau Maris is a 30-year-old, 75-hectare estate, 34 under vine, farmed biodynamically.  The winery is built into a hill, largely underground, using hemp bricks, with no concrete or plastic.  Labels are printed on recycled paper using organic soy ink.  The grapes are harvested manually, vine by vine (rather than block by block).  Les Planels, “the flat place,” is a vineyard above the winery where the grapes come from.  This wine is fermented in wooden tanks and aged for 12 months in oak barrels, only15% new, designed to bring out a velvety texture rather than spicy or vanilla flavors.

This wine has great appeal, attractive berry notes, fresh herbs/earth, pepper, and concentrated berries. The palate has some bramble and forest floor with cedar and red cherry. Rounded tannins provide structure to the medium-bodied, food friendly quaff.

A layered bouquet with black and red fruit aromas along with touches of root beer spice and dark earth. The flavors have good density with black cherry, blackcap, forest floor, garrigue and smoke. This drinks like a classic Côtes-du-Rhône with rounded texture, fresh acidity and a medium-plus body.

A unique wine with aromas of ocean breeze and seaweed, pine resin and smoke. The flavors include tart red currants, raspberry, cassis, and berry compote with garrigue, Mediterranean spice, and campfire smoke. The body is plush in texture with soft and rounded tannins and a savory note of nori on the finish. An incredibly interesting wine full of layered notes.

Slightly cordial like scents that smell dark, ripe and rich with Chambord, dark plum and black cherry with a balanced palate that is not heavy, but rich and fruit forward. This box wine is very approachable with a balanced character.

This dry rosé is perfectly balanced, soft, and thirst quenching. Fresh red berries, especially strawberry, a touch of floral character and peach are well-balanced by fresh acid and minerality on the palate. The wine is dry with strawberries lingering on the finish.
