Aromas of lemon, golden pear, flinty minerality, with a tiny touch of matchstick lead to a palate medium-plus in body. Flavors are round and generous--ripe apple and pear, beeswax, briny minerality, and tangy lemon notes, with balanced acidity and a long finish.

Classic Burgundian aromas include apple, and tree nuts. The palate echoes the nose with more apples and nut skin, touches of tropical fruit and spice.  Fuller-bodied and lightly structured with lingering minerality. Creamy, rich, intense with orchard fruit flavors with integrated acidity and light tannins. 

This is a delightful Burgundian Chardonnay. The nose gives subtle aromas of apples and apple skins, white flowers, old wood, and delicate orchard fruit. The palate offers minerality, focus and cut with crisp acidity and understated fruit. This medium weight wine is excellent with food or an apéritif.

Aromas of pear and apple continue through onto the palate, where they are joined by hints of macadamia, ginger joining and quince. This is medium-full in weight with integrated acidity and a longer finish of apricot and yellow plum.

This white Burgundy is dry, but the fruit is ripe and gives richness, offering flavors of candied apple, sweet apple and peach.  There is a touch of smoke and lemon pith balancing the orchard notes. The texture is round and dense. 

You’ll find a classic scent profile of apple, pear and lemon and touch of savory herbs. One will taste the elegance in this wine as it delivers Asian pear and herbs on a softly-textured palate, with integrated, round and silky acidity.

Pale gold color with brilliant clarity. The nose reveals ripe orchard fruit, citrus, and subtle mineral notes. The palate shows crisp acidity with medium body, featuring flavors of Anjou pears, honeysuckle, and a distinctive grainy minerality with a zesty finish.

Ripe raspberry and purple fruits, tobacco, sandalwood and forest floor greet you on the nose and remain concentrated on the palate. The flavors are of warm raspberry coulis with cinnamon, licorice, wood spice, and potpourri. You might find a touch of smoked paprika, as well as a note of cured sausage too. Medium wieght with moderate acidity and fine tannins.

This fragrant, juicy Gamay offers light smoke, cherries, dried cranberry, and a rustic wood- spice note on the nose. On the palate this lighter-bodied wine has complex flavors of mixed red berries, fresh minerality and a touch of florality supported by fresh acidity and velvety tannins giving a soft, luscious mouthfeel.

"Its firmly structured reds, made exclusively from Pinot Noir, also boast plenty of blackberry and strawberry fruit with supple tannins that benefit from about two to five years in the bottle. The robust fruit and firmness on the palate in a Givry red begs for dishes such as mixed charcuterie, braised veal, stewed poultry or roasted duck."

This wine excites us in every vintage; it offers black raspberry, tart cherry, and brambly fruits supported by a distinctive iron-like minerality and forest floor. It’s medium in weight and acidity and is complex while still very approachable.

This Cremant is very mineral and clean with a lovely, vibrant frothiness. The fruit is subtle with hints of blood orange and lemon confit, with notes of toasted hazelnut enhanced by a leesiness from aging 20 months in bottle.

This sparkling wine offers aromatics of apple, pear and melon. It is generous, fruit forward and ripe with good concentration of apple and white peach. Completely dry, yet lush and . tasty with a long finish.
