This estate-grown Cayuga Lake Pinot Gris begins with aromas of stone fruits, both fresh and baked.  The palate is medium to full in weight, creamy and rich with ripe orchard fruits like pear, apple and apricot. The wine is just barely dry with bright acidity to balance it.

There are aromas of pear, citrus and light florality in this white Alsatian blend. The palate is medium plus in body with a mélange of orchard fruits (apple, pear, peach, nectarine and apricot), minerality, herbs, citrus, candied lime peel, chamomile, florality and salinity. There is good density here, but it stays elegant. This wine has the allusion of sweetness, but is actually just very ripe.

This wine is rich and dense without being heavy or overbearing. There are notes of lychee and tropical fruit, it's bright and clean, and the texture is rounded. The wine is dry with enough minerality to keep it lifted and balanced. Enjoy with highly seasoned food such as Thai, Indian or Moroccan dishes.

Citrus-forward, refreshing aromas are supported by floral notes and a touch of minerality. The palate is fleshy for Pinot Grigio with ripe stone fruits and more citrus. The acidity is fresh, keeping it clean and dry.
