There are aromas of pear, citrus and light florality in this white Alsatian blend. The palate is medium plus in body with a mélange of orchard fruits (apple, pear, peach, nectarine and apricot), minerality, herbs, citrus, candied lime peel, chamomile, florality and salinity. There is good density here, but it stays elegant. This wine has the allusion of sweetness, but is actually just very ripe.

This wine is rich and dense without being heavy or overbearing. There are notes of lychee and tropical fruit, it's bright and clean, and the texture is rounded. The wine is dry with enough minerality to keep it lifted and balanced. Enjoy with highly seasoned food such as Thai, Indian or Moroccan dishes.

Fresh orchard fruit on the nose with touches of white flower and herb.  The palate is expressive and clean with refreshing acidity, and soft pear flavors, simply delicious!

From the producer: Aroma : magnolia, Bartlett pear, gardenia, white peach, jasmine, graham cracker, apple, straw. Flavor : Asian pear, Granny Smith apples, white peach, white tea. Finish : dry, long, acid driven.

Appealing aromas of citrus, melon and peaches introduce this wine. On the palate, this is medium weight with bright tropical notes, fresh lemon and lime, and some green fruit. This wine is crisp, clean and fragrant. 

Floral aromatics that deliver a perfumed nose of sweet pear, asian pear, and yellow plum. The entrance is off dry which buffers some flavors of concentrated tropical aromas, dense stone fruit, and baking spice. This wine will work well with meals with complexity and a range of spices.

Tasting notes : A refined bouquet, broad and complex, with hints of tropical fruits, citrus, hay, bread crust and toasted almonds typical of this grape. The taste bears out the aromas and is intense, full and fruity. A remarkable elegance and pleasantness.
