The palate has some sweetness and savory notes with apricots, yellow plum, dried herbs. This is medium to medium plus in body with medium acidity and a lingering slightly salty finish.

This is such an appealing wine with aromas darker fruit than the last vintage with black fruits (currants, boysenberry, and blueberry) with a touch of florality spring from the nose of unique Mediterranean grape. The tannins are light to medium weight with crisp acidity.

Dark fruit but still fresh and juicy this assumed malbec dominated wine is balanced and smooth. Aromas of black cherry, raspberry, black pepper and garrigue unfold from the glass. The wine is juicy with sweet ripe fruits, especially red cherry and blackberry, accompanied by light spice and herbs. It is medium weight, clean and supple with bright acidity. Very tasty and versatile!

This is a go-to wine for Mediterranean food with aromas of black and green olives, red raspberry and blackcaps, garrigue and charcoal. The aromas and flavors are complex and support black pepper, licorice, roses and red plums. The palate is structured but medium bodied and has medium plus acidity with integrated tannins.

This gin is whey based which it gives it a naturally creamy sensation without it being overly creamy. The aromas are of sesame oil and umami porcini mushrooms and orange peel. The flavor is strong, almost medicinal with earth, morels, ramps, and a slightly sweet onion note. This would be great for making bloody marys or negronis.
