This smells clean and mineral but there is also powdered sugar, kiwi and lime fruit and anise. The palate is balance with tartness like key lime pie with lychee, nectarine and fresh cut grass. 

Sunjewel melon, tangerine and almond mix with more subtle second notes of pear, yellow apple and wet stone. The palate is medium weight with medium plus acidity and tastes quite dry! The flavors echo the nose with good density and has a very long mineral finish.

We are impressed with box chardonnay because it is crisp, clean and has a lot of fresh flavors like lemon zest, yellow apple and honeydew melon. It is is medium acidity and medium bodied with a finish of pear and minerality.

Aromas of Morello cherries, cherry candy, ripe strawberry, tomato leaf/tobacco, and plum. The fruit is backed up by an array of savory components--earth, white pepper, herb stems--in the mouth alongside Birch beer and cola notes. It is medium weight with soft tannins; acidity provides most of the structure.

From the Producer: Barda is the local term for “eroded steep slope” Often perceived as the “village level” Pinot Noir at Chacra, Barda is sourced from the estate’s “youngest vines” planted in the 1990s. The vines are ungrafted, from an original massale selection on sandy calcareous soils presenting a more high toned aromatic component in the wine. Barda is fermented in equal parts concrete and French oak, 15% of which is new followed by an 11 month elévage. Unfined/unfiltered with minimal sulphur.

Quite fresh like brambly raspberry juice.  This un-fined and unfiltered, light red is slightly structured and refreshing when served with a slight chill.

A refreshing, Summery, light bodied red, notes of crunchy strawberry, raspberry, red currants, tart cherries with slight wood spice. Great for summer BBQ's. This crisp red is perfect with a chill.

This does not use carbonic maceration or added sulfur, yet it remains fragrant, clean, and juicy. Aromatically there are lightly smoky cherries and raspberry tea notes. The palate is medium bodied with medium plus acidity and integrated tannins giving a soft mouthfeel. There are flavors of red raspberries, plums and cherries, along with minerality.

This cava is pretty, delicate and very pear forward. The palate is clean and refreshing with light florality, stone fruits, lime zest and citrus pith with some nectarine and herbal notes.

Baked apples, hay/meadow and light floral aromas begin this enticing orange wine. clove studded orange and touches of spice add complexity to this medium-weight wine with clean fresh finish.

An aromatic skin-contact wine (orange) with lifted aromas of Valencia oranges, dried nectarines, apricots, and almond paste. The palate is quite juicy with cantaloupe, fresh citrus, charred orange, orange blossom and pleasant bitter flavors. The body is rich with a broad mouthfeel.
