A very mineral driven style with lime blossom, subtle nectarine and white grapefruit. The palate has a waxy and silky texture with refreshing minerality and crunchy pear with white grapefruit.

The nose opens with very pretty aromas, to include floral notes, white pepper, ginger, and melon. The mouthfeel is persistent and clean with fresh lemon, key lime and yellow plum fruit. Lime candy flavors as well as white pepper, lime blossom and jasmine add complexity to this proper Austrian Grüner Veltliner. 

This richer, creamier style of Sauvignon Blanc offers dense, ripe yellow apple, pear and nectarine flavors. The low yields show in its flavor saturation, yet it remains juicy and crisp with minerality and touches of lemon lingering through the finish.

This smells clean and mineral but there is also powdered sugar, kiwi and lime fruit and anise. The palate is balance with tartness like key lime pie with lychee, nectarine and fresh cut grass. 

Aromas of lemon and lime, along with some jasmine and vanilla introduce this wine. It is medium plus in body and features crisp acidity balanced by a surprising creaminess. Flavors of preserved lemon, apricot and a slightly salty minerality are enjoyable and classic. Picpoul de Pinet is an ideal wine for seafood, especially shellfish.

Aromas of flowers, orange zest, and sherry-like nuances. The palate is medium plus in body; soft, round and creamy with candied nectarine and lychee. There is lifted acid on the palate with apple, baking spice and complex. Medium in body, fruit, and acidity.

We are impressed with box chardonnay because it is crisp, clean and has a lot of fresh flavors like lemon zest, yellow apple and honeydew melon. It is is medium acidity and medium bodied with a finish of pear and minerality.

This is essentially the Chateau Maris Les Planels (Syrah-based wine) without any sulfites added. (it says "sans souffre" on the neck of the capsule). The name means "to know how to age." In actuality, it is a wine that one should probably drink within 3 years of vintage since it has no sulfite protection, but boy, is it drinking beautifully. Medium plus body, rich and ripe, velvety, meaty, with savory undertones. There's nothing overripe here, yet it's seamlessly saturated. If you're into "natural wine," here's a superior example. 

Mathieu Lapierre says this is the wine you drink in the shower; it’s that smooth and easy going. Red and black fruits are intertwined with minerality, crushed stones and herbs. Touches of blood orange keep the edge fresh. This juicy wine is ripe, crisp and joyful.

Low sulfur, natural, Tempranillo, biodynamic

This has a gorgeous nose with sensual earth, red cherry and raspberry aromas. The wine is open and accessible now. This medium weight wine is elegant, delicate and graceful, with the red fruits repeating from the nose and ending in a long, mineral finish.

Aromas of Morello cherries, cherry candy, ripe strawberry, tomato leaf/tobacco, and plum. The fruit is backed up by an array of savory components--earth, white pepper, herb stems--in the mouth alongside Birch beer and cola notes. It is medium weight with soft tannins; acidity provides most of the structure.

This wine smells of black cherry, mulberry and dark soil. The palate is round on its entry and then shows some fine and polished tannins. The palate has flavors of ripe black cherry, coffee, and bark. It is medium to plus in body with fine tannins.

Earthy, floral and campfire smoke aromas that mingle to give a foxy note with wild fruits of the forest. The palate is vibrant and medium bodied with ripe plum, red cherry pit, blackberry and forest floor. This is a complex Cabernet Franc and shows a lot of rustic and enticing secondary notes.

This does not use carbonic maceration or added sulfur, yet it remains fragrant, clean, and juicy. Aromatically there are red raspberries, blackcaps, cherries, red currants and cassis. The palate is nicely structured with integrated tannins giving a nice mouthfeel. The wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity and red cherry skin and pit with minerality. It is clean, juicy and full of fraise du bois. Juicy red and purle fruit that is fragrant, think of cassis, red currants, wild blackcaps and warm raisins in the sun. The flavors showcase more red spring fruit like wild strawberry and fraise du bois but has minerality and integrated tannins with a stiff upper lip. This is clean, fresh, and charming. 

This is a pretty wine with pink grapefruit, grapefruit pith and tart red currants. Done in a pet nat style this is crisp and refreshing.

Cleanly made with baked apple and medium sized bubbles. The palate is medium plus in body with some tastiness and florals that interact with ripe green pear, lime and apple.

This cava is pretty, delicate and very pear forward. The palate is clean and refreshing with light florality, stone fruits, lime zest and citrus pith with some nectarine and herbal notes.

This is done with wild yeast fermentation and is done in a pet nat style. There is some sweetness to this cider, which keeps it balanced because there is honeyed notes mingling with herbs and soft ripe apple.

A well made orange wine with a white floral bouquet of elderflower, white flowers and orange blossom with apricot and peach orchard fruit. This is a refreshing medium weight wine with no taste of bitterness from contact with the white wine skins. The palate delivers clementine, yellow fruits, pith and tannin, finishing clean.
