This smells clean and mineral but there is also powdered sugar, kiwi and lime fruit and anise. The palate is balanced with tartness like key lime pie with lychee, nectarine and fresh cut grass. 

Sunjewel melon, tangerine and almond mix with more subtle second notes of pear, yellow apple and wet stone. The palate is medium weight with medium plus acidity and tastes quite dry! The flavors echo the nose with good density and has a very long mineral finish.

We are impressed with box chardonnay because it is crisp, clean and has a lot of fresh flavors like lemon zest, yellow apple and honeydew melon. It is is medium acidity and medium bodied with a finish of pear and minerality.

A beautiful 100% Clairette from the Rhone Valley, this white presents floral, fruity, lightly perfumed aromas, reminiscent of Chenin Blanc but with more savory Rhone characteristic. The flavors are concentrated and complex with yellow peach, peach skin, apricot, and some savory herbal notes. An excellent food wine with enough body to enjoy all on its own, a real treat!

Aromas include juicy red and black berry, cassis and a touch of florality. Present but rounded tannins support fruit-forward blackberry and floral notes. Medium in body with a more savory finish offering touches of bramble and forest floor.

A low intervention cooler climate pinot noir that is grown on clay soil without pesticides, this offers classic Pinot aromas of raspberry, strawberry and cherry with integrated minerality. Lighter in body and elegant with supple tannins, ripe red fruit and integrated acidity. Touches of spice, vanilla, rosewater, and bright cherry linger.

From the Producer: Barda is the local term for “eroded steep slope” Often perceived as the “village level” Pinot Noir at Chacra, Barda is sourced from the estate’s “youngest vines” planted in the 1990s. The vines are ungrafted, from an original massale selection on sandy calcareous soils presenting a more high toned aromatic component in the wine. Barda is fermented in equal parts concrete and French oak, 15% of which is new followed by an 11 month elévage. Unfined/unfiltered with minimal sulphur.

This wine offers deep aromas of red cherry, persimmon, exotic passionfruit and a whiff of florality. Flavors are concentrated, fruit is there but understated, and acidity is moderate and well integrated. Red fruits meet garden notes; think cherries and raspberries meet roses. This wine gains complexity with time and air.

Baked apples, hay/meadow and light floral aromas begin this enticing orange wine. clove studded orange and touches of spice add complexity to this medium-weight wine with clean fresh finish.

Notes of clementine, grapefruit, peach and rosewater combine with white flowers on the nose. Despite being a little cloudy (it's unfiltered) the flavors are clean and precise - white tea, tangerine and orange blossom can be found on the palate. Medium body and dry with light tannins.

An aromatic skin-contact wine (orange) with lifted aromas of Valencia oranges, dried nectarines, apricots, and almond paste. The palate is quite juicy with cantaloupe, fresh citrus, charred orange, orange blossom and pleasant bitter flavors. The body is rich with a broad mouthfeel.
