This richer, creamier style of Sauvignon Blanc offers dense, ripe yellow apple, pear and nectarine flavors. The low yields show in its flavor saturation, yet it remains juicy and crisp with minerality and touches of lemon lingering through the finish.

Aromas of lemon and lime, along with some jasmine and vanilla introduce this wine. It is medium plus in body and features crisp acidity balanced by a surprising creaminess. Flavors of preserved lemon, apricot and a slightly salty minerality are enjoyable and classic. Picpoul de Pinet is an ideal wine for seafood, especially shellfish.

This smells clean and mineral but there is also powdered sugar, kiwi and lime fruit and anise. The palate is balance with tartness like key lime pie with lychee, nectarine and fresh cut grass. 

We are impressed with box chardonnay because it is crisp, clean and has a lot of fresh flavors like lemon zest, yellow apple and honeydew melon. It is is medium acidity and medium bodied with a finish of pear and minerality.

Clean and zesty with lemon, crunchy green pear, nectarine and fennel. The flavors are clean with good concentration of vanilla, almond, bosc pear and soft peach. The medium weight texture of this wine is balanced, fresh and delicious because the acid is thorough and lees characteristic gives subtly.

This wine begins with notes of fennel mixed with apple and pear. It is medium weight on the palate, crystal-clear, fresh and clean with subtle fruitiness of pear, nectarine, and apple (both green and yellos). This white blend offers plenty of minerality and some leesiness which gives it a slightly rounded texture despite its high acidity. Delicious with cheese or as an aperitif or partner with light foods.

Low sulfur, natural, Tempranillo, biodynamic

This does not use carbonic maceration or added sulfur, yet it remains fragrant, clean, and juicy. Aromatically there are red raspberries, cooked strawberries and seeds. The palate is nicely juicy with integrated tannins giving a nice mouthfeel. The wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity and red cherry skin and strawberry coulis with minerality. It is clean, juicy and full of fraise du bois. 

The color is translucent ruby. The nose is generous, with fresh cherry, raspberry and some spices. The palate is round, fresh, crunchy, with a supple and delectable substance, bursting with fruit. The deliciously naughty grip on the finish doesn't help matters: the fruit and freshness go up a notch, as does the gluttony.

This wine offers deep aromas of red cherry, persimmon, exotic passionfruit and a whiff of florality. Flavors are concentrated, fruit is there but understated, and acidity is moderate and well integrated. Red fruits meet garden notes; think cherries and raspberries meet roses. This wine gains complexity with time and air.

This cava is pretty, delicate and very pear forward. The palate is clean and refreshing with light florality, stone fruits, lime zest and citrus pith with some nectarine and herbal notes.

Baked apples, hay/meadow and light floral aromas begin this enticing orange wine. clove studded orange and touches of spice add complexity to this medium-weight wine with clean fresh finish.
