This is sweeter than Gran Classico, fruity and viscous with a light bitterness. An approachable aperitivo with fun notes of strawberry jam and punch. Fruitier and thicker than Aperol with flavors of spiced jam, clove and allspice. 17% a.b.v. Cappelletti, the venerable 4th generation creator is situated in the heart of the Dolomites near Trento.

More bitter than Cappelletti and Contratto Bitter. Flavors are more in the "brown" range (woodsiness, pine resin, roots, bark, sassafras and savory notes). Mouthwateringly bitter.

This tequila has no additives and is a small production of grandson of Don Julio. This smells creamy, herbal spicy and clean. The palate is filling, with clean cotton, vanilla, dried herbs and some coriander. The finish is clean and almost creamy.

Lovely notes of orange, apricots and marmalade with malty maple greeting you on the nose. The palate continues along these notes adding butterscotch, baking spices and a little heat. The texture is quite full but with a soft round mouthfeel.

Infused with at least 14 ingredients this hails from Germany to deliver spearmint, white pepper, dill and apricot with subtle floral notes. Explosiveness on the palate with poise and balance, clean and almost viscous with some heat like white pepper, the complexity of the flavors makes this more a moderator to cocktails than a sipping digestif.

This is intensely aromatic of blood oranges with cantaloupe, orange zest and bitter orange peel. The palate is sweetly fruited with equal bitterness that continues to be balanced on the long finish with flavors that reminds one of tangerine juice.
