We are impressed with box chardonnay because it is crisp, clean and has a lot of fresh flavors like lemon zest, yellow apple and honeydew melon. It is is medium acidity and medium bodied with a finish of pear and minerality.

Pretty aromas of red fruit and flowers, think of red currants, pomegranates, red cherries and violets. It has medium weight on the plate with medium acidity. The flavors are similar to the nose with pomegranate dominating with additional dried herbs, lavender and raspberry.

Medium to full-bodied with good concentration and density. Bright apricot, pineapple and golden apple join with a savory chamomile note and a touch of honey in this creamy and lush, dry, impressive, organic sake.

Fruity yet delicate with pleasant aromas of green apple, pear and hints of anise. There are secondary notes of pear, mint, and bright tropical fruit. The palate has some sesame seed, meadow flowers and is very easy and pleasing. Smooth dry and light on entry with honeysuckle, minerality, creamy apple and a long finish. This delicious, organic junmai daiginjo sake is delicious with food.

Capable of pairing with food or enjoying by itself this sake is smoky mixed with toasted nuts and tropical fruit. The palate is very creamy, dense and lush with round and bright tropical fruit.

This appealing, soft, French gin gives notes of fig, fig leaves, a fruity  sweetness, black pepper and a creamy mouthfeel. It is as attractive on the palate as it's bottle.

This gin is very smooth and complex! There are aromas of juniper, dandelion, lemon, golden raisins, coriander and cilantro. The palate is reminiscent of oak influence with black pepper, spices, grilled lime, anise and chamomile. It is soft and round mouthful with lingering spice.
