Floral aromas of apple blossom and jasmine, along with lime zest, grapefruit pith and dehydrated apricots with something close to lychee fruit. It's refreshing on the palate with lime, nectarine, and melon notes laced with green tea. This wine is appealing, refreshing and crowd pleaser.

The nose offers notes of chalk, salt, minerals and subtle quince fruit . The palate is similar, adding clean and crisp apple notes and very refreshing acidity. This medium-weight wine is more about minerality and food friendliness, while the fruit takes a back seat. Explore if you like Sancerre or Assyrtiko.

 The nose is clean with light orchard fruits, especially pear, along with lemon. On the palate, this medium weight wine offers ripe apples, peach, and fleshy pear flavors. It is concentrated and creamy, but at the same time, it has enough fresh acidity to balance the sweetness of the fruit resulting in a crisp mouthwatering finish.

Aromas include watermelon, ripe strawberry and blood orange.  Flavors on the palate echo the aromas with more strawberry and refreshing acidity to balance.  Touches of wet stone, white cherry, and citrus linger on the longer finish. The pinot noir and kékfrankos parts were harvested intentionally with a low potential alcohol for the rosé wine. The juice of merlot and cabernet franc grapes was gained by the “saignée” method. The must was fermented on low temperature in stainless steel tanks.
