Tasting Notes
The aromas are of flint, mineral and apple. On the palate, this is medium-plus to full-bodied with notes of apple, quince, orchard fruit pit, stone, spice and chalk. It has vibrant acidity, but at the same time is round and balanced. Excellent with food.
