Tasting Notes

This full bodied wine retains elegance and cut with still powerful. It has glazed citrus fruit and candied pear with minerality. Aromas give white floral notes like jasmine and lilies that continue through on the palate. It finishes with lime pith and yellow apple with a long slightly warming end.

Founded in the mid-16th century, the estate today is run by the dynamic and talented Thierry Sabon and encompasses parcels of mainly 60+ year old vines in the heart of Châteauneuf and Lirac.
