High acid with lovely clean minerality and some citrus peel. The palate is medium bodied and delivers more rich fruit like lychee, green pear and white peach.

From the producer: Medium lemon color with aromas of gun flint and crushed minerals over a core of ripe yellow lemon, pear and grapefruit. On the palate is medium bodied with medium acidity and alcohol and flavors of lemon rind, ripe citrus fruits and a touch of white peach. Notes of pencil shavings and almond skin emerge with time. Rich and velvety with an oily mouthcoating finish and just a touch of lees that comes through to the finish. Drink now to 2027.
