Medium weight with charming aromas of berry fruit and pepper mixed with minerality and light earthiness. This is ripe, fresh and crisp--a great, classic example from the Loire.
Organic, low yields, 100% de-stemmed, indigenous yeast fermentation in concrete tanks, no pump-overs. Aged for 5 months in concrete tanks. Low sulfur.
