Tasting Notes

Dark notes of blackberries, black olives, forest floor and black tea. Medium plus body with black fruits, dark chocolate and espresso. This is warming with medium, velvety tannins and refreshing acidity.

 

Biodynamically farmed from old vines, fermented naturally in concrete eggs in the Chateau Maris hemp winery, then shipped to the U.S. by sailboat. Only 1499 bottles produced in 2020.

 

Chateau Maris is a certified B Corp with Demeter, Biodyvin and Ecocert as well.
