Tasting Notes
Aromas include notes of coffee, dark chocolate, toasty oak, and stewed berries. On the palate this complex beauty shows silky tannins and juicy acid supported by macerated cherries, more dark chocolate, cured meat and touches of bramble. The finish is long with mineral undertones.

30% Syrah/Shiraz, 25% Carignan, 20% Cinsault, 15% Monastrell/Mourvedre, 10% Grenache/Garnacha
