Tasting Notes
Light floral notes of acacia and lilac with a touch of lees. Off-dry on the entry, with a perfect level of bubbles, soft and frothy. The palate continues dry and refreshing, with pear, apple, and flowers. Medium in body and length. Pair with Chinese or Vietnamese foods of many types, creamed chicken, seafood and shellfish. Works well as an aperitif.
