Tasting Notes
Harvested from optimal sites throughout the Central Coast AVA, this wine displays aromas of cherry, strawberry, and raspberry fruit with a hint of earthy notes. Bright flavors of strawberry and cherry combined with hints of tobacco. The bright acidity combined with sweet oak results in a lingering finish.
Sean Minor is a Midwesterner who met wife Nicole in college at Arizona State.  After taking a job working for Beaulieu Vineyards he decided to take classes in viticulture & oenology.  He was recruited by King Estate in Oregon, where he met Will Bucklin, who is now his consulting winemaker.  He returned to California in 2001 to manage Renwood Estates and founded Sean Minor in 2005.  His 4 Bears line is named for his 4 children.
