This bourbon is a beautiful, rose-brown color. Aromatics are of malt, citrus and light baking spice. On the palate, there are notes of apricot, apples, vanilla,cinnamon, maple, melted butter, golden brown toast and a sweet maltiness, as well as notes of flan and creme brulee topping. Very smooth with integrated alcohol.

Recognized internationally, the award winning whiskey is finished in 20 year old Oloroso Sherry casks which give the Bourbon floral notes layered with fig, roasted walnuts, candied fruit and spicy rye.

Made from a batched blend of no more than 15 barrels of bourbon, aged in their Alligator-char oak barrels for five years, Dareringer is then finished and aged in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks for a further two years.
