This traditional sparkling half bottle is full of butter biscuit aromas with some membrillo on top. There are notes of blueberry and whipped cream with soft citrus and yellow apple notes. The palate has a bursting bead with white pepper and more blueberry, white flowers with a long mineral finish.

From the Producer: This rosé blend contains 16 to 18% red wine. Its structure is fine and dynamic, its unmistakable, full-bodied flavours of redcurrant, blueberry and raspberry mixed with a hint of Gariguette strawberry make it a champagne that can be enjoyed all year round, as an aperitif or with light desserts. It is a gourmet champagne with enticing and aromatic red berry flavours, to be enjoyed chilled as an aperitif, on its own or with salmon, tuna or shrimp appetizers, as an example.

Classic aromas of fresh biscuits and brioche smothered in lemon curd and quince jam with additional aromatics of strawberry and minerality. The palate has a persistent bead throughout the mouthfeel and carries cheerful flavors of confection, yellow plum, lemon zest, and fresh linen which immediately is focused, lovely and celebratory. The mineral note follows through on the palate with something akin to wet clay. This is starbright and not super effervescent with a mellow frothy finish.

This is a flavorful and nicely structured rose champagne. It has great balance with forward notes of red fruits, citrus zest and peach. Slightly round in texture and wine-like, this dry Champagne is wonderful on its own or with food.
