This sparkling wine offers a really nice froth of mousse and soft acidity; it is not sharp it any way. There are notes of apple and Asian pear flesh, apple butter, seashell and minerals with a light peach note on the finish. The aromas give a pleasant oxidation.

The base of this wine comes mostly from the 2023 vintage.
