Fresh aromas of citrus and apple lead to a very clean and concentrated set of flavors including apple, pear, and lemon, with crisp, mineral notes as well. Quite tasty, with medium-plus body for Pinot Grigio and crisp, clean finish.
Cora Pinot Grigio is gently pressed then fermented for two weeks at cool temperatures (15°- 16° C) in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then bottled in screw-cap bottles in order to maintain its fresh, bright flavors.
