This wine has macerated plums, watermelon, and a hint of smoke on the nose. The palate is medium plus with dark fruit flavors--dark cherries, blackberries, and red currants. A touch of smoke is integrated on the palate along with herbal and earth notes. This wine is soft with round, velvety tannins.
