This delicious, textbook example of the St Aubin appellation is concentrated and offers good intensity of minerality and stone fruits. The wine begins with aromas of apple, wet stone, light baking spice/vanilla/toast notes. It is full bodied with notes of white pepper and flint joining apple and pear skin. Excellent quality, density and complexity to go with white meats, rich seafood, mushrooms, hearty vegetable casseroles and cheese.
