Bodegas Borsao is a winery and vineyard that specializes in Garnacha. In fact, 64% of their vineyard is planted with Garnacha vines of varying ages. These grapes are harvested from hillside vines that range from 15-25 years old, in stony and limestone rich soils on the slope of the extinct volcano Moncayo. It is fermented in stainless steel and may be consumed young to a few years of age.
