Tasting Notes
Both aromas and flavors are smoky. The nose offers stewed red fruit (raspberry), black fruit (black raspberry and cherry), and cured meat. The attack is juicy, with black fruits, meatiness, spices, black pepper and a slightly rustic note. Tannins are fairly fine, the body is medium to more, and the finish is long.
