Tasting Notes
This is clearly new world with some interesting old world notes, think ripe raspberry, strawberry and plums with dusty old barn notes and some spice that is like original cola. The palate is juicy and ripe with red cherry, raspberry, cherry juice with cinnamon, clove and pretty florals. The structure is supple but still strong enough to carry the barrel influence.
