WINE INFORMATION

The wine ages for 12 months in a combination of concrete (Grenache) and 600-liter French oak demi-muids (Syrah). This is a custom cuvée for importer European Cellars and a joint project between Eric Solomon (owner of European Cellars) and Jean-Marc Lafage.

TASTING NOTES: 

Notes of blackcurrants, plums, Provençal herbs, tomato leaf and balsamic are found on the nose. Medium to full-bodied, with amazing black fruits and spice, the purity of its Mediterranean upbringing is evident in this wine. The aromas translate into similar flavors on the palate, which is supple and wonderfully integrated.
