Not only is the bottle unusual for an Italian Vermentino, so is the wine inside. Loaded with pronounced tropical aromatics rather than citrus and mineral notes, the wine is rounded and dense with a soft mouthfeel. The fruit is exotic on a medium bodied frame.  A palate full of juicy grapefruit, nectarine, lemon zest and a hint of Mediterranean herbs that lead to an intriguing saline and mineral finish.
