This natural wine is fun and fruity with good ripeness and vivacious notes of carbonic maceration. Aromas include dark cherries and stewed red pepper supported by touches of sandalwood and smoke.  The palate is savory with gorgeous, velvety tannins under layers or red and black cherry, black raspberry and plum. Touches of smoke and pepper linger on the longer finish.
