Tasting Notes
This red gives aromas of mixed berries, spice and minerality on the nose with a whiff of smoke. The palate is medium plus in weight with plum, mixed cherry and currant fruit that is ripe, but stays fresh. There is a touch of chocolate and a whiff of black tea intermixed with the fruit. Young tannins are lightly grippy but are balanced by the generosity of the wine.
