Bright yellow with golden hues. Fresh and juicy, this delicate Chardonnay expresses aromas of apple, melon and peach combined with exquisite citrus notes. The palate is silky and vibrant with a long and mouthwatering finish.

Hand harvested grapes are destemmed and fermented cool in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts.  The juice is stored on its fine lees in the steel tanks for 6 weeks, and goes thorugh partial malolactic fermentation.
