Tasting Notes
Medium scents of raspberry, pressed roses and chalk. The palate is also medium bodied and tastes like raspberry, green olives, rose peppercorn, plum, stone and pomegranate. There are chalky tannins with fresh acid and some concentrated cooked berry fruit. This lighter style red is very nice for summer, vegetarian fare and other Mediterranean foods.
