This is a classic South African chenin with honeysuckle, lemon zest and tart apple. The palate is medium weight with lemon verbena and floral notes, with medium minus acidity and medium texture. This wine is certified B Corp,  fair trade certified, climate neutral, hand harvested native yeast fermentaion, no aded sulfur, vegan, and uses minimal interventions. Furthermore, 50% of all profits go back into the low income community in the wine industy to provide futher opportunites and education.
