Tasting Notes

Our Notes:

Fresh, crisp and mineral, this has notes of citrus and fennel on the nose. These follow through on the palate, along with nectarine, almond and salinity. Medium weight, clean and classic for the grape at a great value.

From Producer:
The limestone soil and the unique microclimate of the region produces wine with a very clean and crisp profile with citrus and white flesh aromas. The acidity is very well-integrated into the wine, allowing for long aging after which the wine develops a beautiful mineral character.
