Aromas of dark cherry, baking spice and cocoa lead to a palate of cherry, plum, toast and cinnamon. This is medium weight in body and acidity with soft, integrated tannins. Enjoy with chicken, turkey, salmon, tuna, beef bourguignon, mushroom risotto, squash ravioli, or if you need a red wine with spicy food, use this one.
