This wine is precise and well made with nothing over the top, fragrances of black raspberry, red plum, and slight smoke. This wine is not dense and clearly a cool climate style with medium body and acidity. The palate delivers light tobacco notes, fine tannins, light toast and tart red currants on the finish.
