Domaine du Salvard is 42 hectares currently managed by brothers Emmanuel and Thierry Delaille, the family’s fifth generation of winemakers to occupy the domaine. Grapes for this Salvard Blanc come from vines that are between 10-65 years-old.

TASTING NOTES
This white shows fairly intense aromas of gooseberry and tangerine. On the palate, it begins with a high acid attack and a melange of grapefruit, gooseberry, lemongrass, green pear, melon, herbs and lime. While zingy at first, it finishes more rounded in texture. A New World drinker could enjoy this French classic for its generous fruit and it's also a wonderful food partner.
FOOD PAIRING
Enjoy with roasted chicken, appetizers, salads, creamy soups and pasta dishes. Fish, quiche, turkey, and citrus infused dishes would pair well with this wine.
