Tasting Notes
This is a medium weight cider, slightly off-dry with just a touch of sweetness. Flavors are light with apple skin, apple juice, peach, a touch of citrus and salt water taffy. It has gentle prosseco-esque bubbles, a round, soft texture and a just-right refreshing finish.
Blend of cider apples: Golden Russet, Baldwin & Northern Spy.
