Aromas are spicy, with dried cherry, red fruit, blackberry, soft vanilla notes. The flavors, too, are spicy and juicy—cherry and other red fruits, red licorice, baker’s chocolate, baking spices, and a touch of cedar.  Flavorful, bright, and clean, this is a medium bodied wine with a medium length finish.

Grapes for this wine are sourced and fermented in stainless steel.  The wine is aged 12 months in French oak, 20% new.
