Tasting Notes

Bright citrus fruits and distinctive Finger Lakes minerality are present in the aromas.  More citrus fruits appear on the palate, complemented by green apple and a touch of green pear. 


Five generations of the Wagner family have been growing grapes on the east side of Seneca Lake since 1976 and they now farm 250 acres of fruit. The grapes were night-harvested on October 2nd and cold soaked on the skins for 12 hours prior to pressing. The juice was then cool-fermented in stainless steel.
