Aromas are fresh with notes of pear, jasmine and citrus. More citrus fruits appear on the palate, complemented by pear, lemon peel, jasmine flowers and savory herbs. It is medium in body with medium plus acidity and medium finish.
Five generations of the Wagner family have been growing grapes on the east side of Seneca Lake since 1976 and they now farm 250 acres of fruit. The grapes were night-harvested on October 2nd and cold soaked on the skins for 12 hours prior to pressing. The juice was then cool-fermented in stainless steel.
