Tasting Notes
Fresh aromas of strawberry, peach and raspberry with minerality. The palate is clean, medium bodied with medium acidity with a chalky minerality. More flavors of vanilla, cream soda, peach and raspberry are balanced with a lightly savory finish.
The grapes come from 60 year old vines. This wine is aged four months in tank on it's lees.
