The palate offers plum, black raspberry and ripe pomegranate along with plenty of minerality and touches of bramble, baking spice, graphite and black tea. This wine excites us in every vintage; it offers black raspberry, tart cherry, and brambly fruits supported by a distinctive iron-like minerality and forest floor. It’s medium in weight and acidity and is complex while still very approachable.
