Tasting Notes
Aromas of minerality, field flowers, apples and pears begin this dry wine. Nectarines, white peach and pears appear on the palate as well, with citrus, floral and mineral flavors. This is medium weight or slightly more with juicy acidity, good concentration and and a touch of creaminess.
Grapes are hand harvested and gently pressed before a cold maceration for 12 hours at 41 degrees. It ferments via selected yeasts and goes through partial malolactic fermentation.
