Clean aromas of pear, fennel, starfruit rest on top of the chalky, vitamin and mineral notes. The palate is dry, subtle, clean and refreshing with fruit that is dense and succulent. Flavors of juicy yellow pear, apple and lemon are perfectly balanced with a round, yet mineral finish.
