Volador is the first wine produced each vintage. An iconic wine with a mix between savory flavors and fruity aromas. The nose shows pomegranate, tart cherry, smoky salt and volcanic soil. The palate delivers the savory dried herbs, woodsy berries and wild mushrooms. The structure is medium with supple lingering tannins that remind the drinker of black tea, black cherry and licorice on the finish. Full, pleasant, persistent yet delicate and pure.
