A crisp, clean, Verdejo from central La Mancha. On the nose notes of honeysuckle, apple, and peach, on the palate pears, ripe apples and almond with minerality, beeswax and herbes de Provence with a pleasing roundness. Biodynamically farmed, vegan friendly, and made with minimal sulfites.
