This wine begins with notes of fennel mixed with apple and pear. It is medium weight on the palate, crystal-clear, fresh and clean with subtle fruitiness of pear, nectarine, and apple (both green and yellos). This white blend offers plenty of minerality and some leesiness which gives it a slightly rounded texture despite its high acidity. Delicious with cheese or as an aperitif or partner with light foods.
