From the Producer: The Sonoma Brut is dominated by Pinot Noir, a stylistic decision enabling the complex aromatic and palate profile that this red-skinned grape contributes to brut cuveses. It is viticultural diversity that allows us to consistently produce sparkling cuvees with complexity and clear fruit expression.
Toasty, yeasty aromas lead to flavors of ripe apple and pear, with vanilla, toast and yeast notes. Medium in body with a medium level of effervescence.
