Aromatic, offering caramel, dandelion, floral, apricot pit, chamomile, candied lemon peel, hay, turmeric, mustard, and rosemary. In the mouth, this is round, a bit hot, somewhat sweet, and spicy. It has notes of white pepper, orange peel, saffron, honey, anise/fennel, ginger, and coriander, with a touch of marshmallow on the finish.. This is not as spicy and weighty as Green Chatreuse, but has a similarly long finish.
